05/30/2021 - We are in the process of finalizing house plans and layout of our new build. Next week work will begin on lot 1 purchase and scheduling of surveys. In the coming weeks we hope to start plotting house position and location. 

06/01/2021 - Current House Design and Concept 

07/03/2021 - Our lot purchase was finalized and closed on June 30th!! We now own a little slice of Morris, AL!! This of course allows us to move forward. New land surveys will be done next along with house plotting and position. 

08/28/2021 - New land surveys are complete. We are scheduled to break ground and start clearing land in October!!!

9/18/2021 - Working on new perc test and adjusted land su

10/25/2021 - Work begins to start clearing underbrush and now we can see deep into lot 1. 

1/30/2022 - This is a good sign equipment on site getting ready to break ground and knock down some trees!!

1/31/2022 - Day 1: Work begins knocking down trees and cutting them up for removal.
